Acute
Toxicity Tests of Vital Cell
Test #1: Ten
white mice, weighing approximately 20 grams each, were
selected for the study. For 7 days each animal was
administered 1 ml. of Vital Cell preparation and observed
for toxic reactions. The Vital Cell solution was prepared
at a concentration equal to a daily dose of 2.7 grams of the
powder form. This is the equivalent to a 150-pound person
ingesting 20.25 pounds of Vital Cell daily (3,600 times the
recommended daily human dose).
Test #2: Twenty
white mice, weighing approximately 20 grams each, were selected
and divided into two groups of ten. The first group received
a solution containing a 0.5 ml. Vital Cell for 10 days. The
second group received only plain water. The results were compared
at the end of 10 days. The concentrated Vital Cell solution
used in this test was equal to 1.35 grams of the powdered
form (1,800 times the daily human dose).
Test #1: There
were no deaths or poisonous reactions in the 10 white mice
of the first test. The mice maintained normal activity throughout
the test period.
Test #2: There
were no deaths or poisonous reactions in the test group consisting
of 2 groups of white mice. The group fed with the Vital Cell
preparation gained more weight than the other group that was
fed with plain water. These results indicate that the Vital
Cell formulation is remarkably free of any toxic or poisonous
properties.
The two tests of acute poisoning
on animals reveal that Vital Cell is non-toxic. Additionally,
there were no observed side-effects from daily ingestion,
findings that support similar observations of a complete lack
of noxious reactions in human clinical trials. |
