Angelica is one of the most
commonly used herbs for allergies and colds. Angelica helps
to open the nasal passages by reducing swelling and fluids.
It is also very helpful in alleviating headaches, particularly
in the forehead where allergy and colds often cause pain.
Additionally, Angelica soothes eye irritation. Scientific
research indicates that active ingredients in the herb inhibit
histamine release and inflammation.
