If for any reason an item you ordered from us didn't meet your expectations we will cheerfully replace your product or issue a refund for your purchase, whichever you prefer.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied and would like to return a product, all we ask is that you follow these simple steps.
1. First notify us of your intention to return your product within 90 days of receiving your order. You can do this by either calling the Returns Department, toll-free, at (866) 778-2646, ext. 3, or by emailing us at returns@puretango.com.
2. Once we have been notified and your request has been entered into our system you can mail the unused product (or at least the empty container) to the address below. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice or packing slip, and include a brief description of the reason you are returning the item.

3. Once your return has been received and processed we will refund your full purchase price (sorry, shipping charges not included). Refunds are issued in the same manner used to make the original purchase (i.e., credit card refund, check). Refunds are issued with 24 hours of receipt of the returned item and will appear as a credit on your next card statement.
